The Blue Ridge A Cappella Conference is all about fostering a community of musicians across North Carolina. It is an opportunity to share best practices through our conferences, network with like-minded musicians, and engage in some friendly competition.

Our workshops throughout the day are open exclusively to a cappella group members, and consist of breakouts led by a cappella directors across the state on a variety of issues: choreography, beatboxing, arranging, group dynamics, and more. 

At night, we will showcase the talent of a cappella groups accross the state through a competition. This will be a ticketed event open to the public. The competition will be judged by local musical directors and professors from Western NC. Groups will be ranked, and the winners will get the BRAC Trophy, 20% off recording with the vocal company, as well as a small monetary award, to be used for their organization.
